Australia’s major events capital ‘Melbourne’ hosts another WDSF World DanceSport Championship! The WDSF World DanceSport Championship Standard in 2012 will build on Melbourne’s existing outstanding track record for international DanceSport Events. Bringing this wonderful and unique style at the highest level to Melbourne began after a successful bid which eventuated in Barcelona in January 2010, The Australian Dancing Society and DanceSport Australia through the joint company ‘DanceSport Events’ are gearing up to showcase Melbourne’s 3rd WDSF World DanceSport Championship in 2012.
The successful formula that delivered the outstanding WDSF World 10 Dance championship 2004 and the WDSF World Latin championship 2008 will be maintained with some unique touches! Under the management of the same experienced team with the addition of some new faces to complement the Event. Witness the skill and athleticism that excited audiences previously as international DanceSport quicksteps into the city of Melbourne!
